Welcome to the Payneless Flipping Academy. I want to show you exactly what you’re going to get in the painless flipping Academy, and how this is something that I wish I had when I first started. So first of all, when I first started, I didn’t know who I could talk to. I didn’t know who I could talk to, like, I went to RIAs, but I didn’t know, like, who I could ask questions to, and I didn’t have really a community. I didn’t really feel like I was a part of anything, and I was, like, felt like a lone ranger, and I was against the world. So there’s a general discussion tab where you can chat with people.
I didn’t have a place where I could share my wins. Yes, like, I told you I did, like 96k when I first started, like, within six months, but I didn’t really tell anybody about it, like, the mentorship that we were going through, like, talked about it, but it would have been cool to celebrate with others and people celebrate my wins. You see that I go live a lot like I want everybody to be a part of those, so we can learn and grow together, as I’ve learned as an entrepreneur, this daily disciplines, doing activities daily, like running daily, working out daily, reading books daily, praying daily, doing things daily, can change the game for you, and that’s what really helped me in my life, is becoming consistent with the daily actions, where you don’t see big results immediately, but you see them over time.
That is something I’m huge on. So this is a channel where I want people to talk about what they did that day, what did they do in that morning routine. And I even share my morning routine and the things that I do, and I we go really in depth with it, but I have a checklist that I actually write, and I actually give you guys a planner so you can update it and do it yourself. And most importantly, I needed support. I needed to know exactly what deals was.
A deal was was it worth my time? Was it worth working? I need a deal support, and I needed help. So the cool thing about this is, if you have a deal and you need some support, you be like, hey, is this a deal? Or does anyone have a buyer here? Blah, blah, blah, you can post it and we’re going to get back to you and give you that feedback, all right, which is super cool. And then if you’re like, hey, you know what, I actually have a deal under contract, and I need some extra help to sell it, just submit it to sell your deal.io, and then it goes directly into our CRM, where we’re able to get back to you and run it by our buyers will tell you if we’re interested or not. Okay, so that is a cool part of the community aspect, something that I wish I would have had, by the way, this is like a fake dummy account, just because I can’t show you everything on my account, because I’m an admin anyway.
Another thing that’s amazing is, guys, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from doing hundreds of deals, and I’ve also partnered with Brad Chandler Nathan Valley, where we’re showing you how we’ve done, like, from zero to over 4000 deals. Now I haven’t personally done over 4000 deals, but you know, with the combined efforts of Brad Chandler and me and Nathan Val, we have and we give you courses, and we have many different resources in here that help you out.
