Today we’re going to be talking about three common myths that people have about wholesaling, because we want to debunk them think of us as a wholesaling Mythbusters Mythbusters.
That’s right. All right, let’s get into it. Let’s go. All right. First, Myth number one is that you need a real estate license to wholesale or be licensed real estate agent, you do not need a license to wholesale, you’re working with the seller to purchase their contract and you’re signing your rights to buy it to another buyer there because you’re not representing anybody.
You’re not representing the seller or the buyers and you’re a part of the transaction essentially.
So that just got debunked.
So the second common myth, or misconception that people have is that you need money to wholesale wholesaling does not require large investment. As far as wholesaling goes, you don’t need any money to complete a transaction. Basically, what you’re doing is you’re getting a contract with the seller, and then you’re assigning your interest to the buyer for an assignment fee. So there’s no money involved in the transaction from your pocket, as long as you’re doing is you’re you’re finding a deal and you’re finding a buyer for that deal. Yeah, that myth has been debunked.
Yeah, okay. So the third myth we’re gonna debunk right here right now officially on the investors Drive video. Is that wholesaling? The third myth is that it’s easy to do a lot of coaches, you know, they’re gonna teach you Yeah, you can do it. Anybody can do it. Yes, of course, anyone can do anyone can do anything. But wholesaling is not, it’s not that easy. I’d say it’s simple, it’s simple, not easy. It’s not easy. You have to find sellers who are motivated and have a certain situation where they trust you, for you to get the deal done, whether you’re going to buy it or you’re going to bring someone to the table, you have to get enough leads, you need enough money to get leads flowing. So don’t believe what all the Guru’s and the coaches are telling you that it’s easy, you know, you can get into it like in not a lot of work.
This is a very intensive, labor intensive a lot of work. So if you see a video on Facebook or YouTube, saying get into wholesaling, you know, it’s really, it’s super simple. It’s super easy. The process is simple. It’s not hard to understand. Yeah. But the work to do deals is not easy in this scale requires a lot of work. Business. Yeah, persistence. And it’s not easy, but it is doable. Yeah, we do it all the time.

But don’t get into thinking that, you know, it’s super simple. That is a myth. And we’ve worked our butts off every day for the last three years.
