Hey, so right now I wanted to show real life application of how I’m messaging or reaching out to wholesalers, and trying to see if I can move their deals. So this is just a quick example of how I’m doing it, and how I recommend doing it. But But again, if you don’t have buyers in these markets, or have a good idea of what properties can sell for, then it’s probably a waste of time. If you’re just doing it with random areas you don’t know you probably should, you should focus on an area that you’re you know, you can find buyers for or you have buyers on retainer that you know what they want.

The power of this is going to be understanding what properties can move for in an area and then being able to you know, analyze and find out if you think you can move them so let’s go over here to wholesaling, this is just one of the groups that I’m going to try Wholesaling Houses full time. So if you this would be a good connection you could make if this is someone that if you had buyers in Wisconsin, you could say, Hey, I have great buyers.

We have tons of cash buyers out there. Okay, so this guy’s already trying to do what I’m telling you to do any cash buyers in Illinois, so you could message this person and say, Hey, Laurel, I have some great buyers in Illinois. You have a deal you need help selling I feel a purchase screaming Simas I have not well okay so I’m just really looking what is your biggest struggle right now? Okay, off market deal available cash buyers only. So even though these guys says cash buyers only you could say okay, so asking price 75 ARB.

So I could you know what’s interesting about these people, they come to a wholesale sailor group. This is a group for wholesalers and they’re looking for cash buyers. Very interesting, right? Like how you gonna find a cash buyer. Their cash buyers are not in this group, most likely they’re mainly wholesalers that are trying to learn and grow. Hey, Nathan, I have a quick question about training did you enter into a course so I’m gonna message this guy despite I looks like he’s talked to you before and I’ve talked to him but I’m going to reach out and say Hey, Brett, I see your deal. I have some buyers just the gist of what I said we’re going to write a read by 5050.
